We need to keep up the pressure.
One way is to make people aware of the situation and point them to
what is happening: FSFE's last intern, Karsten Gerloff, has been
blogging from all three IIMs, available at
https://www.fsfe.org/Members/gerloff/blog/
with plenty of analyses and links to other sources of information.
Making more people -- and in particular the press -- take notice of
what is happening here will help the Friends of Development at the
next general assembly: Make yourself heard.
Additionally, you could sign on to the various declarations, like

http://www.cptech.org/ip/wipo/genevadeclaration.html
Regards,
Georg
