Although we have not yet any final date for the extension of the deadline
for merging parallel events, for many practical reasons, we can consider
that it will be extended at least until 22 July.
Therefore, please continue to make efforts in that direction with your
respective requests. In this regard, please find enclosed the attached lists
which are an attempt to classify side event requests by thematic clusters.
