[WSIS CS-Plenary] Collaboration software debate

Hi all,

I think the arguments have been exchanged, and the "discussion" now seems
to me only a personal exchange of accusations or misinterpretations
between three or four people. Could you please continue this offlist?

(As has been mentioned: Some list subscribers don't have broadband and
have to pay for each mail they receive.)
