dear atanu and all

some of you may be aware that the next round of WGIG papers 'assessment of
existing governance mechanisms' - are being put online as we speak

the papers are here: http://www.wgig.org/meeting-april.html

you are right that there was no 'issue' paper on content - but,
accessibility of content, cultural and linguistic diversity etc.. will be
covered (at least in part) in the 'development cluster' assessment
papers.. they are not complete yet, but hope they will be available for
public comment in a matter of days (on this note,

i have tried to reflect some of the points raised in the list this past 2
weeks or so, in the papers i'm working on..)
