When I received your message - the first think my email program asked me
was to confirm if your message was an email scam or not (see attached
screenshot).

I must say I chuckled for a while. In fact you do seem to - just - post
announcements to this list. No content, no discussion - just notice of
other events with little detail on how the active WSIS plenary list can
contribute in an active way in a virtual fashion.

That does lead to a larger question, that being what exactly is now the
scope and focus of the WSIS plenary mailing list. Will the list be
increasingly irrelevant - full of spam, or will it refocus and be the
place for ongoing comment, discussion and dialog. I would prefer the
later . Hope you do to.
