  You will currently find in enclosure the translation in French of the
provisional project of Declaration of the civil company (CS Statement,
versio 3.1 of the 30/11, already circulated at the last end of the
English semqine, càd without the suggestions who was made since) in
the course of finalization by Ralf Bendrath, following the comments
which it received during last weekend.

  This translation of the project of Declaration is intended to make it
possible to the members of the civil company to provide their comments
on the text.

  This stage, it is not a question to forward to the coordinators of the
drafting of the Declaration of the complete analyses and long
argumentations, but only of the SPECIFIC ON THE BASIS OF EXISTING TEXT
and specific PROPOSALS chqngements of language which can be built-in.
These suggestions must obviously be coordinated and to make the object
of dicussion within your caucus and respective working groups (the
list of the existing caucus can be found on
http://www.wsis-cs.org/caucuses.html[1]ou in the kit of orientation of
the civil company http://www.ngocongo.org/ngonew/wsis.htm[2 ])

  You can send your comments with the references of the part of the
declaration to which you refer to CONGO (wsis@ngocongo.org[3 ]), after
discussion within a caucus or of a working group of the civil company.

  You lay out until /_DIMANCHE 11 DÉCEMBRE_/ to send your suggestions
on this text, in order to circulate a version consolidated at the
beginning of the next week.
