PrepCom-3, the ES has asked CONGO to process the CS demands. We will
therefore process following the same modus operandi have during
PrepCom-2 in February this year.

To facilitate the request for reservation of the rooms for the
Civil Company during PrepCom-3, the Executive Secretariat of the SMSI
asked CONGO to treat the requests. We will proceed consequently in the
manner that at the time of PrepCom-2 de Février 2005.
If you intend to reserve a room for a parallel event or a meeting with
the Palate of the Nations during PrepCom-3, want to fill form Ci joint
and to send it to the office of CONGO (E-mail: wsis@ngocongo.org or

before September 7 2005). The requests will be treated according to
their order of arrival.
No request emanating of the Civil Company will be treated by the
services of the UIT, but only through the Secretariat of the Office of
the Civil Company within CONGO.
Important: only the requests subjected by entities of the Civil
Company accredited to the process of the SMSI will be treated.
Please note that only the people provided with a badge will be
authorized to enter to the Palate of the Nations. Thus, all the
participants and speakers implied in the parallel event that you wish
to organize must be duly recorded by an accredited entity.
In addition, the whole of the requests for reservation of rooms sent
by entities of the Civil Company to the services of the UIT hitherto
