[ WSIS CS-Plenary ] Re: [ Africa-CS-WSIS]WSIS, Civil Society and Multi-Stakeholderism

Dear Jean Louis, dear Ngenda, Starting from the Jean Louis' how, I
support: I, have world citizen, whith african and European vision,
made myself to act in such manner that the WSIS and broad after SWSIS
debate will Be opened to the CS organizations, especially "grass-root"
ones, underdevelopped ones, african ones. Giving means to grass roots
real representatives is one of our hand challenge. The battle will
long Be and difficult and african Diaspora and North friends of Africa
and of South should help every onr in his field. All the best Djilali
Dear Jean Louis and Ngenda, On the basis of the comment of Jean louis
which I support, As a citizen of the world with a African and European
vision that I assert, I commit myself acting so that the debate of the
SMSI and aprés the SMSI is largely directly open and without
factitious intermediaries, with the real representatives of the
company of the South, African and third-mondiste. To help to give the
moyes expression and of intervention to this component of the debate
will be one of our greater challenge in the future. The battle will be
long and difficult and will disposra it just like African the friends
of Africa... originating in the North (of the world) and the rich
countries will be of a great utility to help to gain combat which
remain those of the world of poverty, the South and Africa. Djilali
