on the accelerator. With regard to central Africa, Cameroun and the
RCA have already their coordination nationale.Au Congo Brazzaville,
national coordination will be installed at the end of February. I am
in regular contact with Sylvie.Pour the DRC, we will have it
with the current of this month of février.Le Gabon also prepares
because an emissary should have been found locally and it is thing
faite.Pour Rwanda and Burundi, I await réaction.J' had to them to
discuss with some reponsables of organizations of the civil company of
these two countries. CHAD did not react yet.
   
  With regard to local or national dynamics, information circulates on
the level of the DRC and us already discussed it during certain
working sessions.
