[Africa-CS-WSIS]PLAN D'ACTION ACSIS + ELECTION COORDO NATIONAUX

Dear All,
   
  Following the dialogue of Cabinet ACSIS, relating to the
process of the elections and the development of the action plan, it
arises what follows:
   
  1 Whole while holding account owing to the fact that the base is the
base of any development, and that our action plan owes refleter local
realities, we continue to encourage countries which did not procèdé
yet with the elections of their National Coordinators to do it by the
end of February, at the same time, us prions those of the
National Coordinators, already elected to forward within the same
times their Action plans, in order to allow the team charged to
produce the first grinding of the Action plan ACSIS to begin work
Cette team is chaired by MACTAR SECK
   
  2 By the same occasion, the Sous-Régionaux Coordinators are
requested to impel on the level of the countries, the creation of
dynamic local intervening in the field of the Promotion of the TIC for
the Development. at the same time, to count existing it. These dynamic
can be Associations or networks which will be members ACSIS and will
be able to ensure his relay for the implementation of our projects and
programs at the national level.
