I abound in the same direction to announce that we attended a
French-speaking meeting organized by Avenir Nepad International in
Yaounde to which Nigeria, so French-speaking country could not assist.

The Nigerians participants were ready to come by road but the cover of
these expenses could not be guaranteed. There are obviously things to
see and readjust if necessary. The communities which profit from the
Community projects or the organizations from the civil company should
build strategic alliances to circumvent the various barriers of access
to the communities (we mean inclusiveness).

  Good evening and with soon.
