Dear all:

I'm looking for all relevant materials (declarations, statements, or
even commissioned papers) from African governments as a whole or by any
of them, on Internet governance. This would be primarily, but not
exclusively, within the WSIS framework. I thought the Dakar Declaration
(and hopefully other related statements) would be posted on the WSIS
Web site but I don't seem to find it - I do have the Declaration
though; just wondering about any follow-up statements.
