[Africa-CS-WSIS]Election Coordinateurs Nationaux

Hello With All,

Although occupied by the organization of the 5th plays of the
Francophonie, I allows itself to react to the installation of the
national Coordinators. After the elections of Tinus, I had asked on
this list for the texts on the basis of which these elections took
place, i.e. statutes and rules of procedure, no answer. Because in
these texts must arise the clauses or articles which will be used for
to set up the national coordinators. This was going to avoid us what
occurred to Burkina.Je thinks it should be seen how to work out these
texts of installation of the national cordinateurs so that they have
the same legitimacy if not you will be likely to put in conflict the
civil company of certain countries.

Question: Will the only National Coordinator be able to only work. I
prefer that coordinations worthy of name are installation. Why not
réprendre configuration of the Coordination installation at Tinus at
the national level of each country.

Niger will follow just after the 5th plays of Francophoinie which you

takes part in the plays, it is a pleasure for me of meeting them. To
