[Africa-CS-WSIS]Election national Coordinators of ACSIS of West Africa

  Dear all,
   
  At the Summit of Tunis, our African Civil Society for the Information Society (ACSIS) obtained statutes and the General meeting elected the six (6) Sub-Regionals Coordinators and the other Members of the Cabinet (President, Vice-president, Treasurer) thus training a Cabinet of nine (9) members.
   
  We must now proceed in all the countries of Africa, in particular of West Africa, with the elections of the National Coordinators (1 per country).
   
  To this end, I invite all the Civil Society of the countries of our West Africa to proceed to the election of the National Coordinator of ACSIS of their country, before January 20, 2006.
   
  I recommend that these elections are organized under the supervision of the old national Focal Points of ACSIS and/or all personnes/associations having taken part in the process of the SMSI.
   
  With the resulting one from the elections, the President of the electoral office will have to forward me (b55barry@yahoo.fr) at the latest on January 22, 2006 results of the elections including/understanding:
   
  - the name, quality and address members of the electoral Office
  - the list (with address) of associations and people having taken part in the elections
  - the statement of examination of the elections.
   
  For any country of West Africa which would not have transmitted these results to me to the date of January 22, 2006, I reserve myself the right to designate his National Coordinator by direct consultation.

  Chers tous,
   
  Au Sommet de Tunis, notre Société civile Africaine pour la Société de l’information (ACSIS) s’est dotée de statuts et l’Assemblée générale a élu les six (6) Coordinateurs Sous-Régionaux et les autres Membres du Cabinet (une Présidente, un Vice-président, un Trésorier) formant ainsi un Cabinet de neuf (9) membres.
   
  Nous devons à présent procéder dans tous les pays d’Afrique, notamment d’Afrique de l’Ouest, aux élections des Coordinateurs Nationaux (1 par pays).
   
  A cet effet, j’invite toutes les Sociétés civiles des pays de notre Sous-région Afrique de l’Ouest à procéder à l’élection du Coordinateur national d’ACSIS de leur pays, avant le 20 janvier 2006.
   
  Je recommande que ces élections soient organisées sous la supervision des anciens Points focaux nationaux d’ACSIS et/ou toutes personnes/associations ayant participé au processus du SMSI.
   
  A l’issu des élections, le Président du bureau électoral devra me faire parvenir (b55barry@yahoo.fr) au plus tard le 22 janvier 2006 les résultats des élections comprenant :
   
  - le nom, qualité et adresse des membres du Bureau électoral
  - la liste (avec adresse) des associations et personnes ayant participé aux élections
  - le PV de dépouillement des élections.
   
  Pour tout pays d’Afrique de l’Ouest qui m’aurait pas transmis ces résultats à la date du 22 janvier 2006, je me réserve le droit de désigner son Coordinateur national par consultation directe.
