Following the SMSI and our work in Tunis, new persons in charge
is seen entrusting the destiny of ACSIS.

votes, my recognition for their courage to assume responsibilities and

At the new team, at Delphine, Martin, Traoré, Faiza, Barry 55,
Léopold, Baudouin and Pape, I present my cordial congratulations to
have known to inspire the hope in the majority. I wish you much
wisdom, courage, and well success in your new responsibilities. I hope
that they will grow you more all and sundry.

Delphine my Large! I remember with some to smile how all this had
started, the time when you and me we had been opposed, before granting
to us. But you know to me now enough to know that I will be also
require with respect to this mandate as I was precedent. Then if you
requests my opinion, expect to receive it without kindness; and even
when you it requests not, insofar as I have the eyes and the ears open
on this list, you will hear it as much. But for the hour, I melt much
of hope in you, your will to mobilize and make collaborate the
internal resources of ACSIS. For my part, I believe firmly that it is
the voice by which you will be able to make the difference and to
transform ACSIS positively. In this voice all my support accompanies
you.
