Thank you Nnenna for your contribution relating to the scheme
of work ACSIS, while agreeing on the aspects which you raised, we
think that it is necessary to go there step by step. I would surely
say slowly and. At present, the urgency to finish with the structuring
of ACSIS was announced. In one precede message, it was requested from
the countries to organize the democratic elections of the national
focal Points. We will esperons that the Coordinators Under Regional
follow this file. As I have say it before, and you have just abounded
in the same direction, our action plan must hold account of realities
Sous-Régionaux and National. Acting of a part with Addis Ababa to
stick logo ACSIS on the door, and to say that it is our office. I
think that it ya as a preliminary an administrative process which
would have to be started (Request for Headquarters agreement, the
equalization of the structure...... etc)
For the meeting of the Cabinet, the Vice President is on the
File.

statutes, RESCATIC_statuts_draft_25_11_05.doc file, having to be used
as a basis of work before the behaviour of AG for adoption. Give we
until December 10 05 to make the possible adjustments, then we will
preparerons AG elective before the end of December 05.
I also remind to us that the RESCATIC does not belong to anybody, nor
with an unspecified dénomminative entity. It is the Network of
Cameronian the Civile company for the company of Information. Let us
build this building together. This network which must be fastened with
the global vision of the international civil company and carry out the
objectives of the millenium locally, rappellés still at the time of
the SMSI in Tunis by the SG of the United Nations and other Heads of
State. The point of view of each one, I want to say the stone of each
