Dear members of ACSIS, We have just elected the office of our
essential organization, the purpose of which is to federate all the
initiatives and companies of the African civil company. This office
which must be put at work difficulty and nunc, has needs for great
ideas of all its members Le work who which awaits us is enormous and

all are and gaining. Unisons our forces because most difficult awaits
us; but I dare to hope that the best appears on the horizon. I
sincerely hope to be heard so that the reason overrides all the
