With the attention:

  - Of the Team of the electoral commission, - members of the African
civil company, - friends of Africa,

"We have other possibilities only the impossible one", said
George Bataille. Despite everything my will, I could not be in Tunis
as I hoped for it until the last minute; as certain fellow travellers
know it so well, since 2001 my organization and me had not ceased
contributing our modest share in favour construction of Africa, our
beautiful continent.

Thanks to an evolutionary technology which holds us from now on all
with heart, we follow minute per minute the evolution of the SMSI, but
also the meetings of the African civil company. Cheer with all those
which give the best them so that ACSIS can be the expression of our
hope at the following day of the top. As the President of the republic
of Cameroun said it to the team of the Untameable Lions in return of a
competition where it was victorious, "only one word: Continue! "

Under secretary-general of UNO declared still yesterday: "there
is no company of information without the civil company...". After a
long reflexion and in comparison with the flexible mechanisms proposed
with the aim of allow the greatest number of the civil company to take
part in right and to have with the electoral process, I allow myself
in order to add my contribution to the construction of the building,
to propose my candidature for the station of Coordinator under
regional Africa Centrale. Thank you in advance for your confidence and
support for always.

"For Africa which advances at its rate/rhythm, but conscious of the
constraints, Filles and Wire of the cradle of humanity unisons our
efforts and let us put our continent débout".

All, a good top and especially a pleasant stay.
