[Africa-CS-WSIS]ACSIS & WAY FORWARD

I hope you all remain well.
This discussion on the constitution and the structure of ACSIS has been a bit beyond me because I have been struggling to understand the deluge of French only messages. I have to admit that I have therefore not engaged well with theideas and opinions being discussed. Nonetheless, having read what has been suggested forthe structure I still feel we are making the same mistake with the structure of the organisation or network (which one are we?). It is too top heavy something that will be acceptable if the role of ACSIS is simply to act a network and debating body for the ICT challenges that Africa faces. As we have seen over the past months the fact that we do not have pre-assigned task teams (with the exception of Nnenna) leads to people having to be called at the last minute to carry out work that should be ongoing (if we are an organisation) throughout the year.

I look forward to the English version of the documentation so that my contribution can be more informed.

J'espère que vous êtes tous très bien.
Cette discussion sur la constitution et la structure d'ACSIS a été un peu au delà de moi parce que j'avais lutté pour comprendre le déluge des messages de Français seulement. Je dois admettre que je donc n'ai pas engagé dans bien les idées et les avis étant discutés. Néanmoins, après avoir lu ce qui a été suggéré structure de for the je toujours juge que nous faisons la même erreur avec la structure de l'organisation ou du réseau (qu'on sont nous ?). Il a trop de bureaux avec des noms et pas assez d'équipes travaillantes, ceci seront acceptables si le rôle d'ACSIS est simplement d'agir un réseau et corps de discussion pour les défis d'ICT des visages de la cette Afrique. Car nous avons vu l'excédent les mois passés le fait que nous n'avons pas déjà assigné chargez les équipes (excepté Nnenna) mène à peuple devoir s'appeler à la dernière minute pour mener à bien les travaux qui devraient être continus (si nous sommes une organisation) tout au long de l'année.
J'attends avec intérêt la version anglaise de la documentation de sorte que ma contribution puisse être plus au courant.
